Our Experience in Project Management
We have worked with a number of regeneration agencies including West Northants Development Corporation and Thurrock Thames Gateway Development Corporation.
With both these clients we managed their implementation of customised Enterprise Project Management systems and the development of the company Project Management handbook with associated processes and controls.
The majority of the projects worked upon have been IT related:

- Specification, procurement and implementation of IT Systems
- Establishment of Programme Support Offices within Public and Private organisations
